The Amazing Scavenger Race

Want to celebrate a milestone with a fun team activity?

Looking to form stronger team relationships in an energising and away-from-the-office setting?

Looking to explore and apply teamwork and co-operation with a challenge?

Want to find out about your team members' strengths in a different setting to work?

We have the activity that matches your need. With two styles, and multiple variations, you will find a course that suits your needs. You can choose from our facilitated Amazing Scavenger Races or from our self-administered Challenges and Rallies.

Amazing Scavenger Race: First you’ll solve a puzzle, then you SMS the answer and if you're correct, you'll get your next question in a reply and you’re on your way discovering fun parts of the city you never knew existed. Along the way, you’ll meet achieving SYNERGY staff that will conduct a variety of fun activities for you so that everyone finds something they enjoy. Choose our city course to explore the awesome revival of Perth’s lanes, our Fremantle course if you are after a more laid-back event, or chose from a selection of other locations stretching from Scarborough all the way down to Mandurah.

If you want to go low tech and rely on the trusted pen and paper method, then our Fremantle Challenge or Rottnest Rally (what an idyllic setting!) are the perfect choice. You can choose to purchase the pack and conduct the event yourself (we’re only a phone call away for support) or we can supply a professional facilitator to ensure the event runs smoothly.

We are super proud of these events, but rather than taking our word for it, check out the photos from previous events and read what others have to say below. When you are satisfied that this is the memorable event you’ve been looking for, contact us to see which variation would be best for you.

I approached achieving SYNERGY as my team had recently gone through some considerable challenges and I believed it would be useful for us to look at our communication and working styles in order to develop stronger working relationships. As a team of human service professionals, we presented a unique challenge for Aileen as we are trained counsellors and frequently facilitate groups ourselves. Aileen developed a focused program with the DISC profiling model as the foundation for activities that explored our interactions with each other and developed new understandings and tolerance. The program was developed in collaboration with me and I was very happy with the final training day which was very full, but was also delivered in a casual, friendly and fun way. Perfect for our organisation!

Since the training my staff have commented on feeling more connected to the team and the general improvement of morale in our office. I would have no hesitation in recommending achieving SYNERGY to other Managers in all sectors as well as the Not for Profit Sector.
